CASIS RUNNING CLUB

Where: Casis Running Club (2710 Exposition Blvd, 78703)

​

Who: Any Pre-K to 5th grader looking to work on learning to run recreationally and for the fun of it! 6th to 8th graders can join as junior coaches.

​

When: Running Club meets after school on Mondays and/or Wednesdays from 3:15 to 4:15pm.

​

Your child can still participate if they are in an after-school care program! Our coaches will escort them after running club.

​

Fall 2024 Dates:

Session 2 Mondays: October 21 - December 2 (no class 11/25)

Session 2 Wednesdays: October 16 - November 20

​

Spring 2025 Dates:

Session 1 Mondays: January 27 - March 10 (no class 2/17)

Session 1 Wednesdays: February 5 - March 12

​

Session 2 Mondays: March 24 - May 5 (no class 3/31)

Session 2 Wednesdays: March 26 - April 30

​

Cost: $156 per session

When you register a sibling, you receive 15% off tuition.

Group Structure

Running Club Structure: AYF Running Clubs focus on proper running form, pacing, endurance, running drills, functional fitness, and making fitness fun! We always end each session with at least one fun filled game! 

​

Our mission is to teach kiddos to love running and biking as well as the proper form and technique in order to be life long athletes.
